Thanks Ber. Being that low Bodyfat was brutally miserable. I was constantly hungry, exhausted and I could barely sleep. I've been ravenous since. It was an experience, but I'm never doing it again

one thing I like to do when I get sick is go workout in the sun so that I sweat alot and I feel better the next day. sweating it out usually works
