hey calli if you're playing on switch you can hold I think the right bumper to use the face buttons for your c-items instead of the stick if using the stick ever gets annoying. you're doing great!

Calli what kind of controller are you using? if this is on NSO, I recommend maybe picking up an 8bitdo N64 controller, has all the N64 buttons but feels like a Pro Controller.
