I shouldn't say can't, it is just hard. Redirection and reframing is meant to help get out of that negative head space. Anyway, speaking of Digital Circus did you see the soulkilled Fruit Fly people have been torturing on X?

The tricky thing about self-love that I'm trying to tackle is forcing yourself to do things that are good for you in the long run, but take you out of your comfort zone. Breaking habits is hard, but we make it.

part of self-love september. i feel like i've gotten a really good memory for trauma. if i try traumatizing myself everyday, will that make me a genius or is that unhealthy? thoughts?
